51st State Jazz Combo

The 51st State Jazz Combo is a weekly music group for young instrumentalists who are looking to learn more about how to play jazz and the blues in a small ensemble. We work on how to improvise, get a good swing feel & have musical conversations with the rest of the band.

All instruments are welcome. No audition or prior jazz experience required (though would be beneficial).

The band rehearses for ten sessions per term on Thursdays at World Heart Beat Kimber Road from 4:15pm to 5:30pm. 

Fees are £80 per term.
