World Heart Beat

Try An Instrument – Open Day

Please join our Open Day at Kimber Road on Saturday 28 January (2-4pm) to try out a musical instrument of your choice, and to find out more about the academy’s music lessons, bands and ensembles and meet with students and teachers first-hand.

World Heart Beat is fully inclusive and offers young people some of the finest music tuition available. It teaches a rich music programme for young people (6 – 25 years) from grassroots to early-career level, across a breadth of music genres including Jazz, Asian, Brazilian, Celtic, Eastern European, Gypsy and Latin.

The academy also offers bursary assisted places to low-income families who are keen to learn music. Part of the bursary agreement will require a commitment to also taking part in our fantastic American 51st State Band

Find out more about learning music at our second music education venue in Nine Elms – World Heart Beat Embassy Gardens – with piano, violin and vocal lessons underway, with more to follow!

The Open Day is a ‘drop-in’ session at World Heart Beat, 58 Kimber Rd, SW18 4PP. Please do email info@worldheartbeat.org to register your interest in advance.

World Heart Beat uses the power of music to inspire, bring people together and make a positive impact
