Join Sound Minds for an inspiring evening celebrating music, mental health and community.

Featuring live music and spoken word from members of the Sound Minds community and special guests, Sound Minds: Stronger Together – Music & Lived Experience showcases creativity, connection and lived experience in a welcoming and uplifting atmosphere. Taking place at World Heart Beat in Nine Elms on Thursday 15 October 2026, this free event brings people together to enjoy outstanding performances while celebrating the power of creativity to support wellbeing, recovery and belonging.

Sound Minds is a mental health charity transforming lives through music, film and art. They are a thriving community bound together by creativity and a shared belief in mutual learning and peer support. Sound Minds works with people with lived experience of mental health problems and is a safe space for our members, volunteers and staff.
