World Heart Beat’s New Orleans Parade
World Heart Beat’s Second Line Band is rooted in the rich traditions of New Orleans the celebration of life through music and community. Our young musicians celebrate the enduring power of this music that lies at the root of jazz for an atmosphere that brings people together in boundless joy.
Born from community, resilience and expression, the second line is music that invites everyone to take part and join in by playing, dancing or just simply sharing the moment. It reminds us that music at its best brings people together and naturally brings out all that is great about being human and passing it on from one generation to the next!
