After quitting his job, Richard Carter is putting on his first headline event as a full-time musical artist, and curating an evening with very special guests!
Bringing some new songs to the event, Richard is showing off his newfound sound after working overseas in LA on film music.
Richard Carter is a visionary artist from South Norwood, whose musical journey was shaped by diverse influences: hip-hop from his aunt and uncle, jazz from his mum, and the The Beatles, Joy Division, and reggae from his dad. At age 2, Richard discovered a piano in the rain and has been playing ever since.
His music seamlessly blends hip-hop, orchestral, pop, indie, and gospel, creating an enchanting and unforgettable sound. With his production, he brought to life the biggest horror film of 2023 with his creation Le Monde topping charts globally.
In his artistry, Richard explores mental health, love, and power struggles through poignant lyrics and captivating melodies. Richard seeks to touch hearts and souls worldwide with his powerful and transformative compositions.

BZ
As a native South London artist, BZ continues to evolve his artistry through Afro-influenced production blended with a hip-hop cadence. His single ‘2 G’s’ featured on Netflix series Top Boy, it’s on over five million streams and has over 200,000 Shazams. BZ has caught the attention of the UK’s most respected tastemakers such as DJ Semtex, DJ Target, Sian Anderson plus many more, whilst peaking Top40 in the official Shazam charts globally.
BZ continues to expand his vision through exceeding the creative expectations visually and sonically, safe to say he’s one to remember.

Kaiya:
Born in Melbourne to a Turkish family and currently residing in London, Kaiya is a multifaceted independent artist whose talents span across singing, songwriting and dancing. Kaiya’s music invites audiences to explore the inner-depths of themselves through soulful melodies and beautifully produced beats. Kaiya describes herself as an emotionally driven person, and her music is a reflection of that as she approaches songwriting with a deep sense of empathy, drawing from her own experiences to create music that leaves a lasting impact on listeners.
Kaiya has been blending her influences from early 2000s R&B, her Turkish culture, and hip-hop since she made her music debut in 2020 with Introspect. Immediately captivating audiences both locally and internationally with her emotive and soulful voice, most recently Kaiya’s newest single This Time – featuring Adrian Dzvuke – illuminated Kaiya’s rapidly growing potential, charting #9 on Apple Music’s R&B/Soul: Australia charts, featuring on BBC Radio, Triple J, multiple Spotify Editorial placements and securing a feature story in Wonderland Magazine.

Violet May:
Violet May is a 23-year-old singer and songwriter hailing from Brixton, South London. Singing has been her lifelong passion, stemming from her upbringing in a family where music played a central role. Violet May’s early years were spent at her grandparents’ piano, where she would compose and perform songs that reflected her emotions and experiences.
Describing her song writing style as akin to sharing parts of her diary, Violet May aims to create a personal connection with her audience through her music. She has collaborated with various musicians such as Benny Banks and been part of many workshops, including the Gritt School. Violet recently released her debut EP, ULTRA VIOLET which captures the innocence of her childhood, the pain she endured and the power she now stands in.
