Currently, ten outstanding musicians from World Heart Beat’s Young Artist Development Programme, many of whom have grown up within the academy’s vibrant community, will be planning to make use of this platform. This cohort includes:

  • Danny Piers, jazz pianist and composer
  • Leah Wing, flautist and singer-songwriter
  • James Wade-Sired, trombonist
  • Wilf Diamond, trombonist and pianist
  • Josiah Wade, Channel 4’s The Piano finalist
  • Tom Sheen, bassist
  • Ruben Ross, saxophonist
  • Mebrakh Haughton-Johnson, clarinettist
  • Ruxandra Barabas-Brancoveanu, vocalist
