On Friday 27th September, two of the scholarship pupils at the academy, Ava Joseph and Sian Kelly presented a concert for the Friends of the academy to raise funding for our bursary scheme and new Celtic fiddle school, in addition to new equipment. There were several performances on the night. Joining the students on the stage were professional musicians such as the acclaimed recording artist Daisy Chute, Trevor Watkis, Michael Csanyi-Wills and international virtuoso jazz pianist Julian Joseph. The audience loved the concert and so far we have managed to raise £400, but you can still donate via the Virgin Giving link below or by sending cheques to the World Heart Beat Music Academy at 58 Kimber Road, SW18 4PP.
