Sian Kelly is an artist and songwriter from South West London.
Sian teaches vocals, guitar and songwriting at World Heart Beat Music Academy and runs external workshops at associated schools to support young people’s music learning and access to music education. Sian also runs workshops and helps to lead the Friday contemporary gig training bands at our Kimber Road site.
Sian showed an interest in music from an early age which was further developed when she attended Elliott School, in Putney (Ark Putney Academy). Sian joined World Heart Beat Music Academy first as a student when she was 16 years old in 2012, and became a Gucci Timepieces and Jewellery Scholar. Alongside other scholars, Sian was given the incredible opportunity to perform in Italy in the Palazzo Corsini in Florence and the Open Colonna in Rome as part of Gucci Timepieces annual conferences.
Sian’s personal music career began to take stride with her music released in 2020 under her artist name Holocene. Sian toured the UK with iconic Brit-Rock legends Skunk Anansie and opened 20 shows in a sold out tour across the UK, and performed in iconic venues such as Rock City, Nottingham; Manchester O2 Victoria Warehouse and the Brighton Dome.
Sian is currently finishing recording her debut album and has spent the last few years songwriting and collaborating with other artists. Sian’s most recent music celebrates the memory of her mother, speaks of her experiences with grief, love and loss. New album releases set to be in early 2026. Check out her music on Spotify!
