Pamela Fom

Pamela Fom is a singer, songwriter and musician from a countryside town of Rio de Janeiro and has been living in London as a musician since 2015. She has been performing and working with incredible musicians including Carlinhos Brown, Ale Ferreira, Trio Bastiao, Bella Raiane, Coisa de Zé, Anselmo Netto, Marcos Santana, Marzio Pereira and Carol Rio.

In 2007, Pamela moved to Ibiza and started playing the guitar and singing some Bossa Novas in nightclubs. In love with Forró and moving to Lisbon, she got everyone dancing forró and it became her favourite music genres to explore. In Barcelona, Pamela played in the streets and in the undergrounds with the Drumming Group Ketubara. Her song Amantes da Lua, feats Zeu Azevedo, and is in some of the most popular playlists of forró festivals in 2023 and 2024.

Pamela was the winner of Got Talent Portugal in UK (2016). Her song Eu vou pro Rio was chosen to be in the album Rios de Janeiro sponsored by the Brazilian government law Aldir Blanc (2021). She was one of the finalists of the Rádio Mec Music Festival – Rio de Janeiro with her song, Deixa eu chorar, ‘Let Me Cry’ in 2015. Pamela released her first album, Com a Chuva, Com o Sol, composed and written by her, in 2014. Since then a variety of singles have been released, the last one in 2024, Ao Que Veio, an afro samba with jazz influences, produced by Jansem Santana.

She has performed in several countries in Europe and South America, including The Dorchester Hotel, Amazonico Restaurant, Inca Night Club, Glastonbury Festival, Leicester Stadium, Hux Hotel, International Royal Circus of Doha, Brazilian Day at Trafalgar Square in London, Pizza Express, Forro Camp of Germany, Forró de Dois in Zurich and others.

Pamela teaches songwriting and guitar on Thursdays at World Heart Beat Embassy Gardens.
