About the show
Join Rosca x The Oracles for a powerful night of music as they preview new material from Rosca’s upcoming debut studio EP, LOAR (Life of a Refugee). This special performance offers an early look into a deeply personal project that captures the journey of displacement, identity and resilience.
Through raw bars, melodic hooks, and honest storytelling, the show dives into the immigrant and refugee experience — the fight for belonging, the weight of starting over and the pursuit of home.
Every verse speaks to overcoming adversity, turning pain into purpose and rising with resilience. At the heart of it all is an unshakable connection to God — a faith that carried Rosca through the fire and fuels every lyric.
This isn’t just a performance — it’s a reminder that no matter where you come from, you’re not alone. You belong. Come and experience music that speaks truth, uplifts and connects.
About Rosca
Rapper, singer, and songwriter Rosca Onya made waves with “Jack”, a tribute to his late mentor Jack Merritt, gaining national coverage on BBC Radio 1, 1Xtra, Sky News, and Good Morning Britain. Born in Congo DRC and raised in refugee camps, Rosca channels his powerful story into soul-stirring, socially conscious music that speaks for the unheard. He’s performed with Dave, opened for Vald and Dadju at the O2, and made his festival debut at Camp Bestival. This year he is set to do the Bournemouth 7 festival alongside some more festivals. Has already done two headline shows. Rosca’s shows don’t just entertain—they awaken. His world, Roscaswrld, is where pain becomes purpose and every lyric carries a cause.
