On May 22nd Sahana Gero and Nathan Dawkins had the amazing opportunity of joining Robert Elms on BBC Radio London for a special show, as part of saxophone week. The Robert Elms show is a celebration of every aspect of London where three hours a day Elms explores various areas like art, architecture and history, but most importantly music! Not only was this a great chance for Sahana to share the vital work we do for communities in London, Nathan, a fabulous saxophonist from World Heart Beat, had the chance to perform live on the show, which is an invaluable experience. He performed Billy’s Bounce by Charlie Parker, a jazz classic from 1945.
