On 11 November 2012, the Julian Joseph Jazz Academy held a day long jazz work workshop at World Heart Beat for experienced musicians aged 12–19 years.
It’s not just playing jazz, it’s living jazz!
JJJA is a new Jazz Academy which opened in January 2013, offers young people an amazing opportunity to work with some of the world’s top jazz musicians to develop their creative talents and performance skills, through exploring the American roots of Jazz. The Taster Days offer an opportunity to work with Julian Joseph and his band, find out more about the Academy and have the chance to prove that you have what it takes to be a part of this unique jazz experience!
