Thank to you and to all your wonderful staff for giving our young musicians at the World Heart Beat Music Academy in Wandsworth the opportunity to play and pack shopping bags yesterday in your Southside Waitrose Store on saturday. The children absolutely loved playing their instruments and packing the shopping bags for your customers. It’s also really amazing for these young musicians and young children to take their music playing to the community and make it real for them and also to learn how to engage with real customers in a great and fun environment like Waitrose. It really did bring happiness and smiles, so thank you to all involved. We raised £343 to go towards giving children that don’t get the chance to learn to play instruments that opportunity.”
